As a professional, you have complete control. Varifit labs are also able to accept traditional casts made in foam or plaster.
The actual forming of the orthotic is done using our patent pending Variform3D forming technology, which precisely constructs the 3D shape directly from the image you transmit. There is no interpolation common to milling processes or other sources of variation and human error common to hand production methods.
