The VARIFIT™ VF-300 Orthotic Fabrication System is a patent pending, self-contained orthotic fabrication system that simplifies and speeds the production of high quality orthotics. Containing all the casting, imaging, analytics, education and other benefits of the VARIFIT™ system, the fabrication allows for “20 minute orthotics”.
The VF-300 fabrication system uses state-of-the-art robotic technology to form a direct positive of the foot image captured, using over 700 data points. Forming the positive takes approximately 5 minutes per foot, and making a complete set of orthotics takes less than 20 minutes. The system accommodates a variety of materials such as thermoforming plastics, corks, EVA, and composite materials.
VARIFIT™ Orthotics also sells blank set kits that have been designed to simplify and standardize orthotic fabrication using the same high quality materials we use in our own labs.
The VARIFIT™ Orthotic Fabrication System is designed for use in your clinic; it is quiet, simple, and fast, with no mess and no waste.
