You can send us plaster casts or foam boxes; or if you want to save time, mess, and cost, you can use our reusable pin casting matrix and Accu-Pin™ foot scanner (foam box re-placement).

 

light_scan2Accu-Light™ foot scanner (suspension plaster cast replacement) uploads "casts" to the 3-D Cast Correction software to create your own modified positive casts, and then transmit your digital images electronically to our in-house laboratory.

We use our own VF-300™ robotic forming technology to produce accurate 3-D positive casts of your digital images, over which we can manufacture a comprehensive selection of the best foot orthoses available.pins_alone

video_teaser2video_teaser2With our VF-300™ orthotics production system, you cast, scan, make positive casts, press the shells, and finish a pair of functional foot orthoses in less than 20-minutes per pair, right there in your own clinic. And, what's more, you can do it in without plaster casts or foam impression boxes, without plaster positives and without a dirty and noisy milling machine.

pins_compositeWe're not talking pre-forms, customized insoles, or milled EVA arch supports - the VF-300™ system produces laboratory-quality (in fact, better in most cases), truly functional foot orthoses. Unlike other CAD/CAM systems that can only mill EVA, the VF-300™ uses advanced robotic-arm pin matrix technology to create a positive cast of the foot in less than 4-minutes! And because the orthotic shells are pressed not milled, you're not limited to making bulky EVA arch supports - you can press any shell material, including the advanced graphite composites.
